Local sales manager Kevin Brady of Perrysburg, Ohio has been honored with one of the most prestigious international awards in his industry at a ceremony in Chicago, just weeks after taking on a new management role.
Brady, a stalwart of the plastics industry with 25 years of sales management experience, was honored with the Alliance of Plastics Processors (APP) Industry Recognition Award in appreciation of his contributions to the growth of the industry.
“It was a complete surprise to me,” said Mr Brady. “Even as the introductory biography was being read out I was still oblivious. The plaque is now proudly displayed in my office and I feel proud and honored to have won this award.”
He recently began his new role with Cinpres – the world’s market leader in Gas Assisted Molding (GAM) technology – heading-up the sales activities in North America, covering the recruitment and training of sales agents across the USA, Canada and Mexico.
Brady has served six years on the Executive Board for the APP (Alliance of Plastics Processors) and has been actively involved in trade association activities for the Society of the Plastics Industry (SPI).
Cinpres has a proven track record of success in providing cost-reducing, quality-improving technical solutions. The company revolutionized the way plastic injection molded parts were designed and manufactured in the 1980s with the introduction of controlled internal pressure moldings. It remains a key technical innovator in the industry.
