US EXPANSION FOR CINPRES
Cinpres has launched a significant expansion programme in the US – appointing a new high-profile chief with a remit to expand the sales and customer support functions.
Cinpres - a market leader in the field of design, manufacture and licensing of gas injection moulding equipment - is UK based, but it has a global market place, and is focusing its enhanced US operations on newly acquired premises in Whitmore Lake, MI.
The man charged with spearheading the US growth is plastics industry veteran Lee Pereces. Pereces, 44, whose experience spans plastics processing and gas assisted applications, is looking for US-based sales and process engineers to beef-up his team, and has already recruited back-office staff for customer support.
“Lee is a first class appointment and his competence, strategic vision, and grasp of the US market have impressed the Board,” said Jon Butler, Cinpres Managing Director. “We’re not in the business of just supplying equipment – we are in the business of plastics processing, and providing our customers with innovative solutions to an increasingly wide range of challenges, including cost reduction and quality improvement. Lee has an intuitive understanding of that.”
